  3. Identifies cross merchandising opportunities and pairings with Andrews’ portfolio.
  4. Tailor work standards to appeal to the customer.
  5. Is visible to the customer.
  6. Works with speed and accuracy to ensure the account needs are met.
  7. Seeks and listens to feedback.
  8. Communicates in a professional manner.
  9. Effectively build relationships with customers and Andrews team.
